BA Living is an architectural and engineering practice based at 4 Thucydides Street in Chrysoupoli. Since 2010, we have provided a complete service for high-specification homes, encompassing architectural planning, construction and interior design.
Our structure is simple and effective: one firm overseeing every stage of the project, from initial planning through to final handover. Our clients do not need to coordinate multiple parties—we take full responsibility for the entire project.
We work with skilled craftspeople and trusted suppliers, selecting materials and solutions that serve both the aesthetics and functionality of each project. The result is homes designed to stand the test of time—both structurally and aesthetically.

Stella Adrimi
Stella Adrimi was born in Thessaloniki. She studied Architecture at the University of North London and went on to earn a postgraduate diploma in Architecture and Human-Centred Design from the University of Plymouth.
Stella specialises in the design and construction of high-specification, one-of-a-kind homes. Each project begins with an in-depth architectural study, shaped equally by the individual aspirations of the homeowner and the character of the surrounding landscape.
In her work, interior and exterior spaces achieve a natural balance, while modern construction technologies are seamlessly integrated into the overall architectural concept. Her approach is holistic, extending to landscape design that enhances each building and its relationship with its surroundings.
She works closely with specialist contractors and suppliers across construction, interior design and furniture selection, ensuring that every home has a unique, personal identity while blending harmoniously into the Mediterranean landscape.
Dimitris Brousalis
Dimitris Broussalis is a graduate of the Faculty of Engineering at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a postgraduate qualification in Steel Structures from the Faculty of Engineering at Democritus University of Thrace. He has been practising independently in Chrysoupoli since 2005.
At a time when construction is increasingly taking precedence over architecture, Dimitris approaches architectural planning with careful consideration, developing proposals that comply with building regulations without compromising the aesthetic integrity of each project.
His experience spans construction, design and the management of engineering projects. Through rigorous study, he brings together art, science and technology to create projects that remain relevant over time.
