Two Residences in a Unified Architectural Composition

The two residences form a cohesive architectural whole while each retains its own distinct character. The first is defined by clean rectilinear forms, flat roofs, and strong horizontal elements, while the second takes shape through dynamic pitched roofs.

A sheltered, paved area between the two volumes accommodates circulation and parking. White architectural frames and generous canopies define the entrances, creating an engaging interplay of light and shadow. Integrated linear lighting accentuates the geometry and highlights the composition after dark.

The outdoor spaces serve as natural extensions of the residences, with spacious covered terraces, private courtyards, and carefully selected planting. Large openings strengthen the connection with the landscape, while low boundary elements and defined planted areas provide privacy without compromising the sense of openness.
