Pure Geometry

The architectural composition of the residential complex is organised around two distinct yet closely connected volumes. Asymmetrical pitched roofs slope in different directions, creating a dynamic roofline and giving each wing its own identity. Between them, a dark vertical core provides both connection and visual balance.

The façades are defined by clean geometric lines and strong colour contrasts. White outlines accentuate the roof forms, while surfaces in an earthy green shade connect the building with its natural surroundings. Anthracite surfaces and dark window frames add depth without making the overall composition feel heavy.

Balconies extend the individual apartments outdoors and establish a clear rhythm along the façades. Glass balustrades preserve uninterrupted views of the landscape, while large openings enhance transparency and strengthen the building’s relationship with its surroundings. Sheltered recesses create protected outdoor seating areas while adding pronounced depth to the façades.

The approach forms an integral part of the architectural composition, with a solid, dark volume clearly marking the entrance to the complex. Low perimeter walls, changes in ground level, and restrained planting define the boundary between private space and the wider surroundings.

Linear lighting accentuates the vertical lines and geometry of the volumes, giving the complex a distinctive presence after dark. The result is a contemporary apartment building in which repetition creates a balanced composition with a clear architectural character rather than a sense of uniformity.
