Alternating white surfaces and warm-toned volumes project and recede, creating pronounced depth across the façades. This interplay visually divides the multi-storey residential complex into smaller elements, giving it a lighter sense of scale.

Wraparound balconies are the principal organising element of the composition. Their varying projections establish a changing horizontal rhythm, while vertical frames connect selected levels and unify the individual façades. Glass balustrades preserve visual continuity with the landscape, keeping the apartments’ outdoor spaces bright and open.

The selective use of stone cladding adds texture and subtly distinguishes sections of the façade. At ground level, the recessed building base creates sheltered parking spaces, while planting along the street forms a soft boundary between the building and the public realm.

On the fourth floor, an open area and a lightweight pergola complete the composition, providing an additional outdoor space with an unobstructed connection to the surroundings. The contrast between white and brown, the repetition of balconies, and the carefully balanced asymmetry create a residential complex with clear geometry, a strong rhythm, and a distinctive exterior character.
