The exterior form is defined by alternating white and grey-green volumes. The latter project from the main body of the building and frame the balconies, creating depth and a distinctive rhythm along the façades. These varying projections visually break down the overall mass, while the flat roof reinforces the hotel’s horizontal character.

The balconies are integral to the guest experience. Glass balustrades preserve uninterrupted views of the surroundings, while deep perimeter frames provide shade and a sense of shelter. Linear lighting integrated into the balcony ceilings accentuates the geometry of the cantilevers and highlights the façades after dark.

At street level, a low perimeter wall and linear planting create a gentle transition from the public realm to the building. Clearly defined pathways lead to the individual entrances, while the main reception area is distinguished by a deep, sheltered recess with asymmetrical lighting. The entrance threshold forms an intermediate space between outside and inside.

Within the interiors, earthy shades, natural wood tones, and beige fabrics create a calm atmosphere. Continuity in materials, colours, and lighting gives the property a cohesive identity, from the façade through to the guest rooms. Contemporary geometry is paired with a more intimate scale of hospitality, creating a project that sits naturally within Keramoti and offers a serene, light-filled, and thoughtfully designed stay.
