Urban Modern Apartments

The architectural composition of the residential complex is structured around a strong central axis of symmetry, which organises the main façade and clearly defines the entrance. The vertical volume serves as a fixed point of reference, visually separating the two sides of the building and reinforcing the sense of order throughout the composition.

The building extends across three levels, with balconies arranged in pairs on either side of the central axis. White horizontal slabs project from the façade, providing shade and adding depth. Dark glass balustrades preserve the clean geometry of the balconies, their visual lightness balancing the solidity of the building’s volumes.

Two large perimeter frames give the building its distinctive character, enclosing each side and culminating in separate pitched roofs. This architectural gesture distinguishes the uppermost level and offers a contemporary interpretation of the roof form while preserving the clarity of the façade. Deep balcony recesses create sheltered outdoor spaces and pronounced contrasts of light and shadow throughout the day.

The colour palette draws on the contrast between warm, earthy render, white outer frames, and the deep green central volume. These three tones clarify the composition’s hierarchy: the earthy colour adds warmth and depth, white accentuates the outlines, and dark surfaces emphasise the vertical axis and openings.

The central entrance and restrained landscaping complete a façade with a clear, coherent architectural identity.
