Full House Renovation

The complete renovation of this apartment began with a reconfiguration of its layout, making the most of every available square metre and creating a comfortable environment for everyday living. The new interior is defined by clean lines, functional connections, and built-in elements that integrate naturally into the overall composition.

Within the shared living area, the lounge retains its independence while remaining connected to the kitchen and dining space. A lightweight partition with vertical elements defines the different functions while allowing light and sightlines to flow through the interior. This creates a clear spatial arrangement while preserving continuity and a sense of spaciousness.

Particular attention was given to incorporating storage into the living room. Discreetly integrated into the furnishing scheme, the installation combines open shelving, enclosed cupboards, and a sliding timber door, transforming a practical requirement into a defining design feature. The television unit follows the same approach, organising the entire wall and reinforcing the living room’s horizontal character.

The kitchen features restrained lines and extensive storage. Off-white cabinet fronts, dark details, and a central island create a bright, functional composition. The curved forms of the table and lighting fixtures soften the rigour of the linear cabinetry.

The residence includes two bedrooms that share a common design identity while expressing distinct colour palettes.

Indirect lighting integrated into ceilings, furniture, and low-level recesses connects the different zones, highlighting textures and creating a warm atmosphere. The result is an interior where storage, circulation, and everyday functionality form integral parts of a unified design.
