A white minimalist residence set within a natural landscape, defined by clean white surfaces, rigorous geometry, and a restrained material palette.

The composition develops through intersecting solid two-storey volumes and pitched roofs with dark cladding. Bold white frames surround balconies and sheltered recesses, adding depth to the façades and creating shaded outdoor spaces.

Towards the street, the residence establishes a more controlled relationship with its surroundings. The boundary enclosure and lower parking level define a clear edge, while two lateral staircases lead to the elevated entrances. Large upper-floor openings are recessed within the building envelope, providing shelter and privacy. Linear lighting is integrated into the white surfaces as a horizontal accent, highlighting the façade’s geometry after dark.

At the rear, the architecture becomes more open to its surroundings. A metal pergola defines the main outdoor living area and marks the transition towards the elongated swimming pool. Successive courtyard levels connect the covered terrace, water, and lawn in a continuous sequence. Positioned parallel to the residence, the pool reinforces the composition’s linear character while preserving open views towards the natural landscape.

The restrained use of colour allows light to continually transform the façades, from the near-pure white of daylight to the warm tones of sunset. The result is a residence with a strong yet measured presence, whose pared-back geometry frames the landscape and makes it an integral part of the outdoor experience.
