Modern Country House

The residence’s architecture is organised around intersecting mono-pitched roofs, whose varying slopes create a dynamic, continually changing silhouette. Dividing the building into distinct volumes visually reduces its scale and helps it integrate into the lush surroundings.

The façades follow the roof geometry, with large openings that take advantage of the available height and strengthen the connection with the landscape. White and grey render bring clarity to the composition, while natural stone cladding adds visual depth.

The approach creates a gradual transition from the boundary enclosure to the sheltered entrance. Timber louvres, stone masonry surfaces, and subtle changes in level clearly define circulation. Linear planting beds with gravel and geometrically clipped shrubs follow the residence’s principal lines.

After dark, linear lighting beneath the roof edges accentuates the complex geometry, while lighting at the base highlights the texture of the stone. The result combines contemporary architectural expression with the warmth of natural materials.
