One level living

Set between the open natural landscape and the distant urban horizon, the residence establishes a calm yet distinctive presence. Pronounced pitched roofs define the building’s form, while their overhangs provide shade and emphasise the horizontal character of the façades.

At the centre of the composition, a vertical stone-clad element serves as a strong focal point. It precisely interrupts the roofline, contrasting with the light-coloured surfaces and dark window frames. The openings follow the geometry of the sloping planes, carrying the distinctive roof profile into the façades and bringing coherence to the whole.

The main outdoor area is elevated and enclosed by glass balustrades, preserving uninterrupted views of the landscape. Spacious terraces form a natural extension of the residence, while stepped approaches, landings, and low walls clearly define the transition from the garden to the sheltered thresholds.

A covered passage along the side incorporates the parking space into the building’s overall form rather than treating it as a separate structure. Perimeter planting follows the building’s lines, softening its boundaries and connecting the clean geometry with the surrounding greenery.

The residence’s exterior identity emerges from the balance between its dynamic roofs, the texture of stone, and the restrained façade palette. The composition makes full use of views and light while creating sheltered outdoor spaces for everyday living.
