Inspired by monastic architecture, this seaside residence in Palio, Kavala, combines timeless aesthetics, privacy, and unobstructed sea views.

Every line was purposefully designed to create a sense of balance between aesthetics and functionality. Clean geometric forms, stone cladding on the ground floor, and subtle lighting come together to shape a distinctive contemporary residence.

The composition of these two residences is defined by the interplay of contrasting geometries: clean, rectilinear volumes meet dynamic pitched roofs, creating a cohesive yet distinctive architectural identity.

The design concept for this residence originates from the landscape itself. Rather than imposing upon the olive grove, the low, single-storey volume unfolds among the existing trees, following a subtle horizontal composition.
